Try before you buy

Exordium offers a free 7-day trial (counted by distinct days of use) so you can evaluate the full studio before paying. We encourage you to use it to make sure Exordium is right for you.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase Exordium and it doesn't work for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. To request a refund, email ichorvalen@exordium.ink with your order details (the email address used at checkout). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited). Once approved, Paddle processes the refund; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Exceptions

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase may be declined at our discretion.
• We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund activity).
